    I am tiring very quickly. I cannot socialize, and I can hardly walk. However, I have an iPad and I love to read. I can buy books online, and take them wherever I go. I have a connection with the Post Concussion Group on Facebook, and several others along my lines of interest. Including this wonderful group.

    My biggest challenges are dealing with fatigue, sleeping too much and not enough socializing. Dealing with a loss of functionality causes depression. I have to deal with the depression and with the idea that I will never be whole again. I can deal with my condition through diversion, self compassion, and by remembering that every that happens to a person can be a threat or a challenge. Finally I would like to thank Randene and anyone else involved, for facilitating and coming up with the idea for this support group.
